This twelve day shoot was for a book aimed
primarily at the beginner's market. Again, like
the last Anness project he was commissioned
to shoot, this book not only concentrates on the
whys and wherefores but it also features
a series of background characters involved
in the poultry world. Written by friend,
fellow historian and chicken guru Fred Hams,
The Encyclopaedia of Poultry was
photographed all over Kent and Sussex.
